BlackTip DPV
ClaroWorks’ design team makes up the backbone of three sister companies: Dive Xtras, Cascade Components, and Precision Toggle Clamps. Through these relationships, ClaroWorks has developed all existing products for these companies, including Dive Xtras’ wildly popular BlackTip DPV (diver propulsion vehicle).
With the goal of providing high-end performance at an entry level price point, ClaroWorks designed the BlackTip DPV from a clean slate. By utilizing open-source electronics, off-the-shelf batteries, and injection molded components, these goals have been achieved.
From design, prototype, testing, to in house production, ClaroWorks has shepherded the process and developed an industry leading product that has sold thousands of units.
